All products are made with 18 KT Gold and Real Diamonds

Each product you will receive with Hallmark Certificate for Gold and IGI (International Gemological Institute) card for quality of Diamonds.

Above combo products total price and booking amount will change as per Gold and Diamond current price. Max discount amount and number of references will remain fixed.

We are taking advance booking amount from you for your selected Combo Product order.

Once order is booked, You have to complete the transaction within 3 months from the date of booking.

You cannot cancel the booking order as well as advance booking amount is non-refundable. [When you book product with advance amount we give the same order to our manufacture which we cannot cancel at any cost, that's why we cannot cancel your order and we cannot refund booking advance amount]

Reference is not compulsory, if you refer, you will get discount. If reference is not possible then you can pay remaining amount and get the product.

Estimated delivery time within India is 3–5 business days after dispatch.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Re-delivery fees may apply if a package is returned to us.

Because of the custom nature of our products—and for health, safety, and hygiene reasons—we maintain a strict No Returns, No Exchanges, and No Refunds policy.

Once an order is placed and payment is processed, it is considered final. We do not offer refunds, accept returns, or allow exchanges under any circumstances.

We are unable to accept returns on any items, including custom and made-to-order pieces.

Due to the personalized nature of our work, we cannot accommodate exchanges, alterations, or product swaps once an order has been confirmed.

Damaged Items Upon Delivery

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 8 hours of delivery.

You must provide the following:

1. A clear unboxing video (from start to finish) showing the condition of the package and item upon opening.
2. One or more photos of the damage.
3. Your order number and full name.

This information must be emailed to srushtidiamonds108@gmail.com within the 8-hour window. Submissions without an unboxing video will not be eligible for review.
